A cooking class and wine experience at Tenuta di Castellaro, a winery on Lipari.
The experience begins with a guided tour of the winery and a walk through the vineyard, before moving into the kitchen for a cooking class with the chef of Castellaro Bistrot. We’ll prepare three typical Aeolian dishes using local ingredients, learning more about the food traditions of the islands.
After the class, we’ll sit down to taste what we’ve made, paired with three glasses of Castellaro wine.
This gift gives us a honeymoon experience that brings together two of the things we’re most excited for in the Aeolian Islands: local food and volcanic island wine.
